We've been doing the belly-dance now for a few months and it's been entertaining....at least for me it's been fun...but then again the beers always end up in MY belly. This weeks presentation came from the lovely Whole Foods market in NYCity courtesy or Mrs Beerbuzz and believe it or not the beerbuzz Mother-In-Law. It's a tasty little treat from Petaluma CA called Lagunitas Hop Stoopid. We've seen it compared to everything from Two-Hearted, Torpedo, Nugget and even Pliny...but it's pretty unique. I'd compare it to somewhere between Two-Hearted and HopSlam. Bottom belly-line...."Me likey."

have you seen any Hop Stoopid in NEPA? I haven't seen any and have really been wanting to pick some up.
ReplyDeleteI haven;t seen it in our area yet. It's off because I see it on draft a lot, especiall down in the philly area...so it should be easy to get in our area. I'll ask around and see if there is a local distributor that has the rights to Lagunitas.
