'Night Swim'ah' is the hint as to the regional locale of Revival Brewing (HINT: Think New England) and is a tasty Belgian wheat beer with a hint of raspberry and orange peel and (when I'm not sure what 'that' other taste is, I always guess coriander and sometimes I'm right!).
Sean Larkin is the brewmaster who made his mom cry when he told her he was leaving the culinary world to brew beer...but relax mom, it was a good move!
