imageProof that Mississippi now allows higher ABV beer…tonight we have Lazy Magnolia Timber Beast Rye Ale….and yes it’s 8% ABV!  This is the first in the Lazy Magnolia Back Porch series and it’s packaged in 12oz bottles.

    Mississippi....not Lousiana.....and it's not officially legal until 1 July 2012.

    Thank you. Late night typo. These labels are often done in advance of the beer release so I suspect this is one that won't be out until after July 1
